I found the prices to be fair, and they were better than most of the other options I checked. They weren’t always the absolute cheapest, but overall I’d say it’s a solid place to buy from if you want decent value.

They kept me updated clearly, and it was just helpful overall.

Everything in my order arrived correctly, so no complaints there. The only thing I noticed was that it took a little longer than I expected for the warehouse to get it shipped out. Not a huge deal, but hopefully it moves a bit quicker next time

The team definitely knew their stuff when it came to the packaging specs, and they helped me figure out the right cap sizing without too much trouble. I was a little disappointed that one of the email replies took longer than I expected, but overall the support was still solid.

Our account manager has been helpful and usually gets back to us quickly. Orders and questions tend to get handled without a lot of back and forth, which I appreciate. There was one time where an update took a little longer than expected, but maybe I was just expecting it too soon. Either way, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d say Berlin Packaging has been good to work with

I ordered some packaging for a small job and the delivery date kept shifting, which was really frustrating. My brother was helping me get everything ready, and we both ended up just waiting around because nobody could give a clear answer. Support was vague, and I had to keep chasing for updates myself. i wouldn’t risk it if you need your supplies to show up on time.

I reached out to Berlin Packaging because I needed help with some custom packaging options, the whole thing just felt kind of pointless!!! I was hoping for some guidance or at least a clear next step, but the support never really got anywhere!!!

After three follow-ups, I still didn’t have a quote, a sample, or even a clear answer!!! It felt like I was the one constantly chasing them, and every time I checked in, nothing had really moved forward!!!

Maybe other people have better luck with them, but based on my actual experience, I wouldn’t go back to Berlin Packaging for custom packaging help!!! It was just way more frustrating than it needed to be!!!

I ordered a few packaging items from Berlin Packaging, the boxes held up really well. Even with some heavier things packed inside, nothing bent, split, or gave me any issues. It’s nice when a company sends you something that actually does what it’s supposed to do — that should be basic, but it matters. Happy with the order and I’d buy from them again

I’ll give credit where it’s due, the sales rep I spoke with was helpful, answered my questions quickly, and did a good job walking me through the options. I felt like they were actually trying to find something that made sense for me. But the more recent back-and-forth is what’s sticking in my mind now. The process dragged a bit, and I had to follow up more than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped, so 3 stars feels about right

I was expecting to have a decent amount to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A couple of the sizes I needed were either missing or buried somewhere I couldn’t easily find. It also kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving while I was shopping — I’d find something that seemed right, then the size or option I wanted wasn’t actually available. I ended up checking other sites too. Not the worst experience, just didn’t have enough choices for what I needed.

I ordered a batch of bottles from Berlin Packaging, the quality was good. Everything showed up fine, shipping was smooth enough, and the products themselves were pretty much what I was hoping for.

The part that caught me off guard was the minimum order quantity. I knew they were more of a bulk supplier, but I expected it to be a little easier for smaller businesses to test out a new bottle or jar without committing to so much inventory. I’d probably order from them more often if smaller quantities were an option.

I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, and I still haven’t heard anything back. Even just a quick “we’re looking into it” would’ve been appreciated. It’s a small thing, but not getting any response at all is frustrating...

Most of our orders have shown up around when they were supposed to, which is nice because I’m tired of having to chase every service team for updates these days. We did have one small delay, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, the lead times have been consistent for us...
